Artikel 3 – Inhoud van de website
Alle merken, afbeeldingen, teksten, commentaren, illustraties, (animatie)beelden, video’s, geluiden en technische toepassingen zijn beschermd door intellectuele eigendomsrechten en behoren toe aan de beheerder.
Elke reproductie, herhaling, verspreiding, aanpassing of ander gebruik, geheel of gedeeltelijk, zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming, is strikt verboden.
Het niet onmiddellijk optreden tegen een inbreuk kan niet worden beschouwd als stilzwijgende toestemming of afstand van rechtsvordering.
Artikel 4 – Beheer van de website
Voor een goed beheer van de website kan de beheerder op elk moment:
de toegang tot (een deel van) de website beperken of onderbreken;
informatie verwijderen die strijdig is met wetgeving of internet-etiquette;
de website tijdelijk offline halen voor onderhoud of updates.
Artikel 5 – Aansprakelijkheid
De beheerder is niet aansprakelijk voor storingen, onderbrekingen of technische problemen die de toegankelijkheid van de website beperken. De gebruiker is zelf verantwoordelijk voor:

Artikel 6 – Verzameling en verwerking van gegevens
Persoonsgegevens worden verzameld door Nancy Vermeulen. Onder persoonsgegevens wordt verstaan: alle informatie over een geïdentificeerde of identificeerbare natuurlijke persoon.
De verzamelde persoonsgegevens worden gebruikt voor:

het beantwoorden van vragen;
het uitvoeren van aangevraagde diensten;

Rechtsgrond
De verwerking gebeurt op basis van één of meerdere van de volgende rechtsgronden:

Artikel 7 – Uw rechten
U beschikt over de volgende rechten met betrekking tot uw persoonsgegevens:

recht op rectificatie;
recht op wissing (“recht om vergeten te worden”);
recht op beperking van de verwerking;
recht op bezwaar;
recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid (dataportabiliteit);

Artikel 8 – Verplichte verstrekking
Wanneer persoonsgegevens wettelijk verplicht moeten worden verstrekt aan bevoegde autoriteiten, gebeurt dit uitsluitend na een gemotiveerd en wettig verzoek.
Indien bepaalde gegevens noodzakelijk zijn voor toegang tot specifieke functionaliteiten, wordt dit duidelijk aangegeven op het moment van verzameling.
Artikel 9 – Commerciële communicatie
Commerciële communicatie wordt enkel verzonden indien u hiervoor vooraf uw toestemming heeft gegeven.

Artikel 10 – Bewaartermijn
Persoonsgegevens worden niet langer bewaard dan noodzakelijk voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn verzameld, of zolang als wettelijk vereist (onder andere voor boekhoudkundige verplichtingen).

Bij het eerste bezoek aan de website wordt u geïnformeerd over het gebruik van cookies en wordt uw toestemming gevraagd voor niet-essentiële cookies via een cookiebanner.
